Within this agreement, terms such as "Services" refer to book recommendation profiles, curated club access, or physical shipments managed by Kavreluno. "User" or "Reader" represents you, the individual browsing our digital materials.
Our platform is dedicated to individual reading research, discovery, and literary appreciation. Users agree not to misuse web properties for automated scraping, structural spamming, or fraudulent inquiry submissions.
All listings reflect our premium book discovery subscriptions. We reserve the absolute right to modify or adjust club offerings, tea selections, book editions, and active pricing schedules as required.
Our custom reading reviews, visual brand elements, website layouts, and ex libris artwork belong exclusively to Kavreluno. Reposting, translating, or commercially distributing our curated reviews is forbidden without prior written permission.
Our book selections and essays represent personal literary critiques and subjective advice. To the fullest extent permitted by US state and federal laws, Kavreluno holds no liability for any dissatisfaction arising from recommendations.
This agreement and any disputes arising directly from it shall be governed in accordance with the laws of the State of Oregon, US. Any dispute resolutions will occur in competent state or federal courts located in Oregon.
